David Ramsay is Vice President, Human Resources for Aviation Systems from GE.  David is responsible for all HR, Internal Communications and Change Management initiatives for the Systems division.

David joined the organisation following a career as a senior HR professional with NCR and ITT in Europe, and for the last 18 years in North America with Parker Hannifin, Goodrich and Rolls Royce.

He is a member of the Institute of Personnel Development and completed his Higher National Certificate in Business Studies.
