Oliver Towers is providing coordination across GE Aviation for interfacing with the UK Government and is leading the Propellers business.

Oliver was previously vice president of Strategy & Customer Accounts for the organization. Prior to joining GE, he held a number of senior positions with Rolls-Royce, both in Europe and USA. Oliver has extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing, business development and government relations.

Oliver is an engineering graduate with a MBA and PhD.
