Compliance Leader
Glen Babcock is compliance leader for GE's Aviation Systems. Glen’s responsibilities include the implementation of the Aviation Integrity Program across the Systems business. Glen joined GE in 1987 via the Smiths Aerospace business in Grand Rapids, Michigan and progressed through roles in Marketing, Contracts, Export Control, and Security. In 2002, he relocated to Washington D.C., as the director of security & export licensing for Smiths Group in the USA. In 2007, Glen transitioned back to aviation as integrity program manager for the Systems business. Prior to joining GE, Glen served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Air Force, and completed military service as a reserve officer in 2004. Glen is a graduate of Grand Valley State University where he received a bachelor’s in criminal justice and public administration, and the University of Southern California, where he received his master’s in management. He is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. |
