Jeff attended the Ohio State University and graduated with a bachelor's in education. He received his JD from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law with honors in 2001. After law school, he joined Frost Brown Todd, in the litigation department working on complex business disputes and product liability litigation. Jeff joined GE Aviation's Legal Department as Counsel - Commercial Operations in July 2004. In May 2006, he became Executive Commercial Counsel for GE Transportation, where he had worldwide commercial legal responsibilities. He was appointed to his current position in 2008.
