NCI, Inc.                                         Smiths Aerospace Components - Asheville

KFW Canada                                 Smiths Aerospace Components - Orillia

Tri-Industries, Inc.                         Smiths Aerospace Components - Terre Haute

Dynamic Gunver Technologies     Smiths Aerospace Components - Manchester

Dionar                                            Smiths Aerospace Components - Poland

These changes are consistent with earlier renaming of AIT to Smiths Aerospace Components - Burnley and the creation of Smiths new facility in China, Smiths Aerospace Components - Suzhou.
