GE provides an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support service, staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whenever you contact the AOG hotline you can be sure of a personal response. These facilities are located to ensure that wherever you are, you can call upon our comprehensive stock of Line Replacement Units (LRUs) to keep your aircraft flying.

While our AOG service provides operators with the reassuring knowledge that we can help when an AOG occurs, AOG arisings are an unwelcome cost to operators and our service is no substitute for adequate on-site spares provisioning.

In order to reduce the likelihood of an AOG occurring due to a lack of available spares, we will prepare a customized LRU Recommendation tailored to a specific fleet size and method of operation.
