Enhanced Services

Time and Materials

Under a standard time and materials agreement, GE capitalizes on its position as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) by providing repairs at quick turn around time (TAT), up-to-date documentation, warranty programs, techinical troubleshooting and defect investigation.

Fixed Price

For customers who prefer consistent, easy to manage contracts which enable long term financial and operational planning, GE offers fixed price contracts.

These contracts greatly reduce the administrative effort by eliminating unit-by-unit approval. Charges for repairs and no fault found (NFF) are agreed in advance, thereby making the chain process more efficient. In turn, GE takes on the responsibility of controlling costs in order to ensure satisfactory performance.

Rate Per Flying Hour

Through an analysis of each customer's operation, we are able to define a fixed price per flight hour, per aircraft. This enables us, as the OEM, to work aggressively on improving the reliability of our equipment in order to ensure that it is removed from the customer's aircraft as infrequently as possible.

As with fixed price contracts, the administrative burden is greatly reduced as the customer now pays only a pre-agreed price per month in relation to the number of hours that they have operated the aircraft.
Reviews are held regularly with the customer in order to focus on improving and streamlining our processes to ensure maximum support of their operation.
