Technical Support

Whenever an airline announces the introduction of a new aircraft type which is fitted with GE equipment, we will prepare an airline support plan tailored to the requirements of that airline.

Airline Support Plan contains the following information:

The Customer Service department provides general contact with our customers through Regional Support and more in-depth assistance through Technical Support.

The Customer Training Unit provides standard and tailor made courses on the operation and maintenance of the company's products.

Our Logistic Support Group provides an Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) capability offering a wide range of logistic services for both Civil and Military programmes

Support Planning ensures that all logistic support requirements are included in the programme plans. These plans are used to ensure that all necessary support requirements are developed and delivered when they are required.
