GE manufactures the Mid Fixed Trailing Edge Details and Landing Gear Pintle for the A380, Wing Leading Edge kits for A300/A310, Trailing Edge structures for A340-500/600 and Wing Fixed Leading Edge structural ribs and associated sub-structures for the Boeing 737.

Typically, leading edge ribs are 5-axis close tolerance aluminium alloy machined components, which are fully assembled to house the jack and track mechanism for operation of the leading edge slat. There are numerous intermediate ribs, inter-spaced between the jack and track rib assemblies, supporting various sheet metal assemblies, the wing leading edge skins and bottom access panels.
