Our hydraulically powered hose reel system provides increased hose response capability to improve safety and reliability Our wing refuelling pods are self-powered by ram air turbine at the front of the pod, and the centerline hose reel uses the aircraft electrical and hydraulic system. The refuelling envelop for our hose reel system is designed for altitudes of 1,000 – 35,000 feet and speeds of 180 -325 knots. The GE boom actuation system digitally controls various electro-mechanical actuators that control movements of the boom.
